Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within one - two business weeks. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team.
We use Canada Post to ship all packages. The Canada Post shipping options are as follows:

Xpresspost Shipping- Xpresspost™ Shipping—a fast and affordable way to get purchases to your customers. You would receive your item(s) the next business day or 2 days for international. Choose Xpresspost: Canada | USA | Int’l
Regular Shipping- Use Regular ParcelTM for an economical ground delivery service in Canada. Tracking is available and the delivery status can be checked online. You would receive your item(s) within up to 5 business days for international.

Tracked Packet USA & INT’L – Tracked Packet™—a reliable, affordable, and trackable shipping service for small, lightweight items to the United States and 20 international destinations.
International orders are subject to regional duties & taxes that will be applied at time of checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final Sale items may not be returned. We monitor account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Please contact customer service with any questions you have about shipping or returns.
Please add promotional codes in the shopping bag, before checking out. Please adhere to promotional rules, as they change per promotion and region. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
